Found 365 Tyres through a google search after picking up what looked to be a puncture. Used the WhatsApp contact number and had a reply within 5 minutes (despite it being 9pm on a Sunday!). Provided as much information as I can and was given a minimum quote and a rough time for an appointment next day. On the day of the appointment (23rd Dec!) I was kept up to date with expected arrival times which were very accurate. When the guy turned up (apologies I never asked for a name) he talked about the repair options I had for the tyre and what would be best given my option. Agreed as the price was reasonable. Repair was done within 30 mins, tyre seems great and the service was polite and efficient throughout. Couldn’t have asked for anything better!

Ahmed from 365 Tyres came to sort the tyre on the mini this morning, out front of our house & I couldn't be happier with the service I received! Was DREADING having to do big girl things, Seb had already used him a few weeks ago when the tyre blew out so he gave me his details. I spoke to him on WhatsApp, sent him a photo of the tyre in question, very easily arranged a time to sort it out, paid a deposit online (& even Klarna'd this!!!) & he arrived promptly this morning in his big van. We had a little chat & he told me what he was going to do, I gave him the wheelnut thing & off he went on his mission to save the day 🤩 After about 15 minutes, I went out to his van to see where we were upto & he handed me a massive screw! He had already done the repair & was just finishing pumping the tyre back up. After explaining to me about the puncture, where it was & how he fixed it he put the wheel back on the car & checked the other tyres, to give me piece of mind ahead of my big missions tomorrow 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 I am so happy & relieved 😌 I can finally pack & look forward to my trip tomorrow instead of driving with my fingers crossed, worrying about my wheels blowing up 🫣 Best service I have received by any kind of business in a very long time, extremely reasonably priced & so easy to deal with, super polite & I didn't have to make any calls which is a game changer for me 🏆 Will be using 365 Tyres for all of my tyre related issues from now on & will recommend to everyone I know 🌟

I broke down on the m65 motorway at 8.00am, I was in panic mode and extremely stressed as I had no spanner to take my wheel off, as I had a puncture on my wheel, I rang these guys, they came within 20 minutes, such a relief and very fast response indeed. They were quick and friendly, the young man was polite and courteous and made sure that I was not put to any discomfort. This Man is a Gentleman, I needed help with my tyre's. I was brocken down because of a flat, my Alloy was badly damaged with sharp edges. This young man put me at ease changed the tyre on one side then put my spare wheel on the other side, nothing was to much trouble he even picked me up from my home to take me to the job. Where do I begin. I drive over 3hrs for work today and got to my job to see I had a golf ball sticking out my tyre and being far from home is an enough to make you worry! Last Sunday I had a puncture on A56 near Vale Mill. I phoned few Tyre repair shops but they couldn't help or waiting time was too long. I found 365-tyres from google. When I called he was very helpful and he was going to try to get the tyre from the supplier even though they were closed. He managed to get the tyre and come and fit it with in an hour.
